Hello.
I am writing this email with utmost dissatisfaction with your delivery system. I had ordered the chocolates last week as a birthday present and the delay on your part has been very frustrating. I am attaching my order number for your reference along with a screenshot of the responses by your delivery partners. Despite of us calling him multiple times he did not answer us. Despite of giving him clear location , he failed to deliver it. Such a horrible experience . I shall never order again or recommend your company again.
This was supposed to be a birthday gift but turned into a headache for me and the reciever both
