In Farm to Bar, the chocolate-maker controls the processes on the farm: farming, time of harvest and post-harvest fermentation and drying of cocoa beans. These steps have a huge impact on the flavor profile of cocoa beans.
In Bean to Bar, the chocolate maker starts the chocolate-making process after procuring dried cocoa beans from bean sellers. The chocolate-maker controls the steps only from roasting onwards.

No, our chocolates are not organic certified.  At the same time, we regularly test our chocolates alongside organic chocolates for pesticides and there are no pesticides in our chocolates, just like in organic chocolates.

Our gift boxes are curated with our most loved flavours. For now, customization is not available. We are working on providing this option soon.

• We don't use Soya Lecithin; instead, we use NON-GMO Sunflower Lecithin

• We use real fruits, spices, nuts, and floral distillates; no vanilla or chocolate flavours

Soya Lecithin is derived from Soya whose excessive consumption can cause health issues. Also, some people are allergic to Soya. Sunflower Lecithin does not suffer from these issues.

White Sugar is refined by a chemical process whereas Muscovado sugar is unrefined, more expensive, and healthy (contains vitamins and minerals).
