What began as a fun, exploratory project with Sula's wine-making team turned out to be such a gastronomic delight! We aged our 72% fine dark chocolate in Rasa Syrah barrels in a wine cellar for 270 days, and the outcome is surreal. Taste berries and silky tannins with hints of vanilla and sweet spices in this symphony of complex flavors of chocolate and wine.
