Good Chocolate - Shipping pack not good

As a dark chocolate its good, receiving it in a thermocole (banned item) box was disappointing. It can easily be shipped in more environmentally friendly packing.

Bad service

chocolate came almost melted as the ice pack had converted into water. Had to throw the chocolates as wasn’t sure if the melted chocolates were edible. You should not take orders if your team is not capable of handling and delivering the product in proper manner.

Misread the title

I expected 80% dark chocolate to have a smattering of sweetness but this is even more bitter than the 87% variety. When I read the `no added sugar' part, I understood my mistake. To be clear, I don't mind it - it's just that I expected something different and for my misunderstanding I am giving the company 3 stars!
