A perfect balance of flavors. Best consumed at room temperature and let it melt it in your mouth rather than chew on it.
Expected bigger chocolate bars, more over melted chocolates we received even though its was packed in thermocol box, and light foul spell was emanated from that container box and a sweaty paper inside.
I’ve really enjoyed Paul and Mike’s other Indian-focused flavours, but this one somehow missed the mark for me. I think it’s because I love crunch and texture in my chocolate, and when you think of making chai, there are a lot of fun elements there to work with…I was surprised that this bar was so smooth and silky. It definitely captures the chai flavour (I swear I even tasted tea but ingredients would suggest otherwise) but I would like it even more if there was 1) more creaminess and 2) some additional texture. The crunch doesn’t need to come from spices, maybe rusk?

Yes, the chocolate can easily melt at room temperature, so it would be better to keep it refrigerated. But to experience the flavour complexity of our chocolates, we recommend consuming them at room temperature.
