Luscious, decadent Spiced Drinking Chocolate using 64% Fine Flavour Dark Chocolate from Paul And Mike and Sweetened with the Two Brothers natural handmade Jaggery!
TO MAKE 1 CUP SPICED HOT CHOCOLATE DRINK
- Add 20 - 25 buttons to 1/4 cup water (50 ml). Stir well and boil for 2 mins until fully integrated.
- Add half cup milk of your choice (100-120 ml) to this chocolate mix and bring to a boil. Boil for few mins and whisk for a creamy drink.
- Add more jaggery for more sweetness. Serve with cut fruits, nuts, tea cakes, croissant or marshmallows or a dash of cinnamon (optional).
TO MAKE 1 CUP COLD CHOCOLATE
- Add 20 - 25 buttons to 1/4 cup water (50 ml). Stir well and boil for 2 mins until fully integrated.
- Let it cool. Add chilled milk of your choice (100-120ml) to this and whisk for frothy cold chocolate.
- Serve with ice cubes or chocolate shavings or ice cream. (Optional)
