This unique chocolate is made from cocoa beans aged in Dindori Reserve wine casks. You can taste berries, silky tannins with hints of vanilla and sweet spices.

It contains NO ALCOHOL.

INGREDIENTS: CASK AGED FINE FLAVOUR COCOA BEANS, MUSCOVADO SUGAR, COCOA BUTTER, EMULSIFIER SUNFLOWER LECITHIN (E322).

Only the best natural ingredients will do.

  • Fine flavour cocoa beans, no cocoa powder/ solids.
  • Muscovado sugar, not the refined white kind.
  • Rich, pure cocoa butter; no hydrogenated vegetable oil.
  • Non-GMO sunflower lecithin, not soya lecithin.
  • No added vanilla nor chocolate flavours. Nothing artificial.
  • Only real fruits, nuts, spices & pure floral distillates.

    Amazingly well done. Sent to few relatives as well and they loved it. P&M did pull it off. A personal opinion that the wine taste could be upto 5% more but not more than that...

    Yes, the chocolate can easily melt at room temperature, so it would be better to keep it refrigerated. But to experience the full flavour complexity of chocolate we recommend consuming it at room temperature.

    We ship our chocolates via air/express shipment in thermally insulated packaging with dry ice/ ice gels to ensure they reach in good condition.

    It takes 2-3 days once the order is dispatched.
