Fermentation is a process that is common in making chocolate and bread. The Living Food's Sourdough bread is naturally fermented just like our cocoa beans. This process helps develop complex flavours which we have paired with olives and rosemary to give a unique experience full of warmth and a salty, flavourful crunch.
